SB TECH (Udyam Registration No: UDYAM-WB-14-0189562), a proprietary enterprise owned by Subhamoy Bhattacharjee, is the sole developer and proprietor of the software "DestinyAI" (hereinafter "the Software").

  • The Software, including its algorithms, technology, predictions, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of SB TECH.
  • No third party may claim any rights to the Software without written authorization from SB TECH.

3 User Rights & Restrictions

  • SB TECH reserves the right to:
    • Cancel, suspend, or restrict subscribers/subscriptions/licenses without notice.
    • Modify pricing, features, or terms at any time.
  • Commercial Use:
    • The Software is strictly for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of its predictions or content is expressly prohibited.
    • Unauthorized monetization (e.g., reselling predictions, bundling with other services) is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
  • All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. SB TECH has no refund/return policy.

4 Core Predictive Disclaimer & User Acknowledgement

  • Computational Interpretation: DestinyAI is a software tool that applies computational logic to principles derived from classical Vedic astrological texts. The output is an automated interpretation and must not be construed as a factual statement or a guarantee of future events.
  • No Accuracy Warranty: SB TECH explicitly disclaims any and all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the predictions. Output quality is contingent on the fidelity of classical texts and the absolute precision of user-provided birth data, for which you bear sole responsibility.
  • Not Professional Advice: The Software's output is for informational, research, and self-reflection purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional advice from qualified experts in medical, financial, legal, psychological, or any other field. You are solely responsible for your life decisions and actions.
  • Assumption of Risk: You expressly assume all risks associated with the use of, or reliance upon, the Software's content. You waive any claim that you were misled regarding the nature or accuracy of the predictions.

5 Data Privacy & Protection: Zero-Retention Architecture

  • Client-Side Processing & No Data Storage: The DestinyAI software is designed with a fundamental privacy-first principle: We do not store, collect, or retain your personal or financial data on our servers. Your birth details (date, time, place) and all resulting astrological calculations and financial data are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to or stored by SB TECH.
  • Payment Processing: Financial transactions for the Software are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways via our webpage. Your financial data (credit card details, etc.) is handled directly by the payment gateway and is subject to their privacy policy. SB TECH does not receive or store your sensitive financial information. We may retain only the transaction data necessary for order fulfilment and customer support (e.g., transaction ID, purchase date, and your email address).
  • Ephemeral Server Interaction: Any communication with our servers is strictly limited to:
    • User authentication and license verification.
    • Downloading software updates.
    • Facilitating payment processing through secure, third-party payment gateways. Your financial data is handled directly by the gateway and is not stored on our servers.
    • Transmitting completely anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature usage, crash reports) that cannot be linked to you or your personal data.

  • Software updates may require user-side compatibility checks.

7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by Indian law.
  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Barrackpore Subdivisional court, West Bengal 700120 for any legal disputes.
